Oh yum! Dessert matzah! This is a great (super easy) dessert to make for your Passover Seder, or even just one of the nights during Feast of Unleavened Bread.
It is so easy, I can’t even write up a regular recipe for it. You’ll just need some matzah (boxed or homemade), chocolate of your choosing, and toppings! It’s as simple as melting your chocolate and pouring it over the top of your matzah in a zig-zag pattern, and then sprinkling your toppings on.
Some topping suggestions:
- Pomegranate seeds (for an Israeli touch!)
- Dried fruit like apricots, sultanas, etc.
- flaked almonds
- flaked coconut or shredded coconut
- sprinkle some cocoa over the top
- Pistachios
- Frozen berries
